Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire document, including all schedules, appendices, and supplementary policies referenced herein.

Where the context permits, words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. References to specific sections shall be to sections of these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise stated. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the fz999 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active.

Eligibility Criteria

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended fz999 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of fz999 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are acting within the laws applicable to your personal jurisdiction when accessing and using the fz999 platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fz999 or placed under a permanent ban by fz999 for any reason.

Age Verification Procedure

fz999 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Such documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill issued within the last three months. Until such verification is satisfactorily completed, fz999 may suspend withdrawals or restrict access to certain features of the platform.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be permanently closed. All deposits made by underage players will be refunded to the original payment source minus any amounts already wagered. No winnings accrued by an underage account will be paid out under any circumstances.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of fz999 services — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and financial transactions — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

Registration Obligations

• You must provide your legal full name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• You must provide a valid, active email address to which you have exclusive access.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered in your name, as this will be used for OTP-based two-step verification.
• You must create a unique, strong password for your account. fz999 recommends a minimum of 10 characters combining letters, numbers, and symbols.
• You may only register one account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Players may be required to submit identity documents before their first withdrawal, when withdrawing amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction, or at any point determined necessary by the fz999 compliance team.

Accuracy of Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information held on your fz999 account remains accurate and current. If any of your personal details change — including your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the fz999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fz999 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Bangladeshi players. The following table summarises the key parameters for each supported method.

General Payment Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• fz999 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your fz999 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• fz999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual or high-value in its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, fz999 reserves the right to correct that error and recover any funds credited in excess of what was legitimately owed.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

fz999 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of each individual offer.

General Bonus Terms

1. Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the offer. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn.
2. The standard wagering requirement for fz999 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total eligible wagers before withdrawal). Individual promotions may carry different requirements — always check the specific offer page.
3. Bonus funds expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
4. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, and device. fz999 monitors for bonus abuse and reserves the right to void bonuses where duplicate account activity is detected.
5. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates are listed in each offer's individual terms.
6. fz999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already activated and in progress at the time of the change.
7. Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as part of any strategy designed to guarantee a return or exploit promotional conditions. fz999 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is suspected.

Section 6

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

fz999 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. The following rules apply to all casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, instant win titles, and sports betting markets available on the fz999 platform.

Game Integrity

All casino and instant game outcomes on fz999 are determined by independently audited Certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealing and play streamed directly from the studios of Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. fz999 does not interfere with game outcomes in any manner.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with fz999 games or the betting interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known exploits will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live poker, live game shows, or any other multiplayer format available on fz999.
• Using the fz999 platform in a manner that could constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Placing simultaneous opposing bets on the same market or outcome across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free return (arbitrage abuse).
• Attempting to access any part of the fz999 platform infrastructure beyond the public player-facing interface.

Disputed Game Results

In the event that a game result is disputed, fz999 will review the relevant game logs, RNG certification records, or live stream footage (for live dealer games) to determine the correct outcome. The decision of fz999 following such a review is final. Disputes must be raised with fz999 support within 72 hours of the relevant game session concluding.

Bet Cancellations & Void Outcomes

fz999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it is determined that the bet was placed in error, on an incorrectly priced market, or as the result of a technical malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's real money balance. fz999 will not pay out winnings calculated from erroneous odds or corrupted game states.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

fz999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below. Players may also voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting fz999 support.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by fz999

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from the player's payment provider.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period requested by fz999.
• Abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate conduct directed toward fz999 staff or other players.

Consequences of Account Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fz999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining real money balance and all bonus funds in the account. Where closure is due to age verification failure, deposits will be refunded as described in Section 2. Where an account is voluntarily closed by the player, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their fz999 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the fz999 support team at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Players who close their account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request should refer to Section 8 below for the specific terms that apply to self-exclusion.

Amendments, Governing Law & Contact

Amendments to These Terms

fz999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fz999 will notify registered players by email to their registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the fz999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never been included.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the fz999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and fz999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, understandings, negotiations, and agreements.
